Dobrý den, je možné objednat ke klávesnici pouze náhradní USB přijímač? Bohužel jsme odeslali TV Samsung na reklamaci, ale po vrácení již nebylo USB připojeno k TV. Děkuji za odpověď.

Helou Alzo, umí klávesnice Win11 touchpad gesta 3mi a 4mi prsty? Přepnutí oken, plochy a tak podobně jako normální touchpad na laptopech? Ať ji nemusím hned vracet. Díky.

Mohu dostat info, kam psát na podporu produktu u Microsoftu? jinak dotaz je - používám program, který mi umožňuje klávesami vypínat monitor ALT plus Y a na klasické klávesnici se mi to vypne , ale na této se monitor sám ihned zapne, jakobych klikl na nějaké tlačítko, nebo pohnul myší, což monitor standartně zapíná, bohužel se to děje, i když se klávesnice nedotýkám a je na pevném podkladě.. co st im?
