Prosím info, zda je dno myčky kovové nebo plastové

Dobrý den, prosíme o radu s touto myčkou. Po spuštění (např na program 58 minut) myje cca 20 minut a poté vyhodí chybovou hlášku E1 (nízký tlak vody) a nevypustí vodu ze zařízení. Tlak vody je standardní, navíc myčka chybu hlásí až po delším čase, kdy je voda už do myčky napuštěna a zdá se, že problém je opravdu v odčerpání vody. U myčky je aquastop hadice, kterou jsme dali do svislé polohy, ale to nepomohlo.
