Dobrý den, minulý týden nám z Vašeho e-shopu dorazil tento kávovar. Bohužel, když chceme kávu s mlékem, hadička dobře netěsní a hýbe se jak v kávovaru, tak v nádobě na mléko. Z návodu není patrné, jaký konec hadičky patří do kávovaru a jaký konec patří do nádoby na mléko. Konce jsou očíslované (1 a 2) a když jsem hledala na videích na internetu, bylo ukázáno, že konec č. 2 patří do kávovaru. Nám konec č. 1 pasuje jak do kávovaru, tak do nádoby na mléko. Ovšem konec č. 2 nesedí nikam a tento konec způsobuje, že se dostává do hadičky vzduch a mléko stříká všude kolem, pouští hodně páry a nedokáže nasát mléko pořádně. Jakmile rukou přidržíme konec lépe, mléko teče tak jak má. Pokud dáme konec č. 1 do kávovaru a konec č. 2 vložíme do krabice s mlékem, proces opět funguje dobře. Mám fotografie, abyste viděli, jak konec č. 2 "nedrží jak má a způsobuje problémy. Prosíme o urgentní řešení této situace vzhledem k tomu, že kávovar není opravdu levný a na firmě ho potřebujeme používat neustále.
