TORX Fan 5.0 cooling and construction
The thermal solution consists of two TORX Fan 5.0 fans, where the blades are linked by circular arcs to stabilise airflow and maintain high pressure. Heat from the GPU and memory is captured by a nickel-plated copper baseplate and transferred via square-profile Core Pipes, which maximise contact with the GPU for optimal heat dissipation. A metal backplate enhances the card's mechanical durability and features ventilation cutouts for improved airflow. Zero Frozr technology stops the fans under low load for silent operation.
Construction and software
The custom PCB includes extra fuses for protection against electrical damage, and DrMOS power stages ensure high efficiency with low losses. An internal metal structure enhances the stability and durability of the entire build. High-quality thermal pads transfer heat from critical components on the board. The MSI Center software provides real-time monitoring and optimisation, including an AI Tuning feature for automatic system customisation. MSI Afterburner offers advanced overclocking and card parameter tracking. Its compact 236mm width allows for installation in smaller cases compatible with the SFF-Ready Enthusiast GeForce Card standard.
