This highly portable lens has a focal length range of 30-110mm and is for for cameras from the Nikon first series. The range of focal lengths and the presence of 3.7 x optical zoom with a versatile lens, makes this lens suitable for the city and the countryside. Built-in Vibration Reduction enables the acquisition of high-quality photos (and video) as well as handheld shooting without a tripod (allows the use of shutter speeds at up to 3 stops slower than usual). Because of the 2 ED glass elements, this lens is ideal for shooting in high definition. One of the main advantages of this lens is the extremely quiet and fast STM motor. The telescopic lens barrel lets you slide the lens down when not in use. The aperture mechanism, with smooth aperture control, allows easy transition between a crisp and a defocused background. There is also a manual focus option.
