Two fish eyes in a single lens! The unique AF-S NIKKOR 8-15mm f/3.5-f/4.5 E ED Fisheye lens for Nikon digital SLR cameras (Nikon F bayonet) supports both APS-C and full frame cameras. The lens offers a robust, dustproof and waterproof design with a combined sun visor and cap. While keeping the fish eye perspective, it is easy to move from an 8mm focal length to a 15mm focal length with a full frame image. You can expect top-notch high-resolution images and superb sharpness edge-to-edge of the image field even when the aperture is set at full f/3.5.
The robust design of the lens is dustproof and waterproof and ensures reliable shooting even in challenging climatic conditions.
The body is sealed against weather effects and prevents damage to the lens by dust and dripping water. The lens consists of 15 optical elements in 13 groups. 3 of these elements are made of ED glass, two are aspherical, and the lens also features a Nano Crystal Coat and a fluorine surface that actively repels water, dust and dirt without compromising image quality.
The NIKKOR fisheye lens is equipped with a Silent Wave ultrasonic focusing motor that enables extremely fast and very quiet autofocus. The lens also has a separate focusing ring for manual focusing. The electromagnetic aperture mechanism guarantees exposure stability.
Get ready! With the NIKKOR 8-15mm E ED Fisheye lens, you can easily switch between using a sun visor when taking pictures using a fish eye view of a full frame image, or a classic circular fish eye image. Respond quickly to photographic opportunities by attaching or removing the lens hood and the lens cap in one motion.
The AF-S NIKKOR Fisheye 8-15mm f/3.5-f/4.5 E ED fish eye has almost double optical zoom capability. This makes it possible to shoot circular images with black edges (circular fish eye) and full 180° edge-to-edge images (full-frame fish eye). A full 180° angle (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) is captured when the focal length is set to 8mm. You can also get a transverse 180° picture frame with a focal length of 15mm. The lens also offers the shortest focusing distance of 0.16m and a zoom ratio of 0.34×, allowing you to shoot objects from a minimum distance of approximately 3cm.
Included in the package are the front and rear lens caps, aperture, and case. The lens weighs 486g and its length is 83mm.

Nikon’s beginnings date back to 1917 in Japan. At first, the company mainly produced lenses - telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and other small, optical equipment. Soon the company expanded its portfolio, producing photographic lenses under the Nikkor brand.
In the field of cameras, particularly among professionals, Nikon quickly gained a reputation as a top manufacturer, which continues today. Its cameras were even included in the equipment of American spacecraft. Nikon designed and produced the legendary Nikon SP 1957, regarded by many as the best camera of all time.
