Dobry den, mám poprvé BT sluchátka. Koupil jsem si tyto. Při poslechu nahlas hrají snad až extrémně dobře. Když je ale dam potichu, je na pozadí neustále slyšet šum - tento šum sám přestane par vteřin po tom, co vypnu hudbu nebo jakékoliv audio. Je toto normální u BT sluchátek nebo jde o nějaký vadný kus? Dobrý den, dnes jsem si zakoupil sluchátka, bez problémů se s telefonem spárují, tlačítka reagují, ale samotný zvuk nepřenáší. Lze toto nějak opravit, nebo sluchátka mám reklamovat/vrátit?? Děkuji za odpověď
