New buttons for better control

The new C-Stick thumb controller in the upper left corner (above the ABXY buttons) provides more precise motion control. The device also has new ZL and ZR buttons, located on the back next to L and R. These significantly expand the control options of the console, which is useful if you are playing the newest hits or surfing the web, where you can use the new buttons to switch between tabs or enlarge page view.

The remarkably enhanced "Super-Stable 3D" feature uses the camera to track the user's face and automatically adjusts the display according to his or her movement. This ensures the best possible 3D experience.

Do not worry about losing your favourite Nintendo DS titles. The New Nintendo 3DS is backwards compatible, so nearly all of the games for the Nintendo DS and DSi can be played in 2D mode. Likewise, the New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL can run all the titles for Nintendo 3DS, plus they allow you to transfer data from the old console.
