Dobrý den, dne 01.06 2019 jsem si ve vašem obchodě zakoupil sluchátka Omen HP mindframe. Cca měsíc jsem tato sluchátka používal, poté jsem je nechal v polici, protože jsem je již nepotřeboval. Dnes jsem chtěl sluchátka znovu použít pro komunikaci, ale nefunguje mikrofon, přesněji fungoval asi 10 minut a najednou zašal jen šumět. Sluchátka mi nespadla, ani jsem se k nim nechoval nijak špatně, zkoušel jsem je přepojit do jiného usb, měnit nastavení, ale nic. Jen šum. Chtěl bych se zeptat na nějakou radu, či bych mohl sluchátka vyměnit za jiné, nebo jak mám dále postupovat.

dobrý den... blbá otázka ale pro jistotu se zeptám. hrozí u těchto sluchátek při častém nošením na sobě s chladícím efektem zánět střed. ucha ?
