Orava BD-501
The analogue Orava BD-501 clock’s hands excel because of its unique power supply, which uses just a small amount of plain water. Clearwater electrolysis produces an electrical voltage that powers the clock. Due to this unique water-powered system, the clock does not need a battery or any other power supply. A small amount of water provides enough energy for many hours of operation. This excellent technology saves not only the environment but also your money. The clock also catches the eye with its modern transparent design. Because of this, it is also a
great decorative feature for your home.
The water lasts for several weeks to months, depending on the mineral content of the water. If your water has a low mineral content, you can add to the water two pinches of salt to support electrolysis. The clock’s power longevity is rapidly extended by the addition of salt. The clock has a built-in battery. Because of this, the clock doesn't stop when the water is changed and it is not necessary to adjust the time. This clock is an ideal gift for those who care about nature conservation and ecology.
