This grill elegantly combines 2 independent grills which means you can grill for 10 to 16 people at the same time.  The heart of the OUTDOORCHEF gas kettle barbecue is the EASY FLIP funnel, a perfect example of the innovative flair of the OUTDOORCHEF engineers. The EASY FLIP funnel allows you to switch the heat distribution from direct to indirect in a matter of seconds. At the same time, it acts as an intelligent protective shield against damaging flare-ups and unpleasant smoke emissions. A single action is all it takes to switch from direct to indirect grilling, cooking and baking: simply reverse the position of the EASY FLIP funnel. The temperature inside the grill is shown on the built-in thermometer in the lid. The hose and regulator are also included. You have two cast iron steakhouse burners for temperatures up to around 500°.

The Steakhouse Side Grill can be covered with a granite slab to expand the area you have for preparation.  You have spacious granite shelves with a self-closing drawer and a towel holder.
