Multi-pixel Luminance Generation technology and Intelligent Detail Processing ensure for sharp and crisp details. And the 3D colour control system delivers natural textures, sensitivity and rich colours from dark to light tones. As a video maker, you will be impressed by the improved performance with respect to the perceptual dynamic range at high ISO sensitivity settings.

Autofocus & sequential shooting

The Depth from Defocus automatic focusing system uses contrast comparison methods. And in combination with the new processor, the time needed to measure the distances is significantly reduced (in AFS mode, it is only 0.05 seconds). Additionally, the system handles a very fast sequential shooting (12 fps with fixed focus, 9 fps with continuous sharpening) in full resolution using a mechanical shutter.

Advanced colour processing

The camera supports the 4:2:2/10bit standard for colour processing at a level that is suitable for professional film production. More than 5 billion colours are perfectly rendered with every shot you take.

Optical stabilizer

The Dual IS 2 Mechanical five-axis image stabilizer effectively prevents blur when camera shake occurs during exposure when taking pictures and when recording videos.
