Dobrý den,před týdnem jsem u Vás zakoupil TV Panasonic TX-49EX603E a zmiňované sluchátka Panasonic RP-BTD5 v naději že budou fungovat, ale sluchátka televize nevidí, tím pádem nefungují. Možná dělám něco špatně, můžete mi poradit, TV má mít Bluetooth a sluchátka taky?

Při připojení k napájení notebooku svítí červeně kontrolka nabíjení a poté zhasne. Nabíjejí se i přesto? Včera jsem to zkoušel a vydržely opravdu cc 35h.

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem si u Vás tyto sluchátka a mám problém s připojením na NTB (Win7 Enterprise). NTB sluchátka vidí, ale nefungují. Při připojování se objevím klasické vyhledávání ovladače, ale to je neúspšné. U sluchátek nebylo přiloženo žádné CD s ovladečem. Můžete mi prosím zaslat dané ovladače nebo návod jak výše popisované realizovat? Děkuji

Zdravím, jsou tato sluchátka kompatibilní s Acer Chromebook R11 koupeném u Vás? Abych nekoupil sluchátka zbytečně a pak je nevracel (nevracíte totiž peníze, ale blbý alza body na další nákupy). Chromebook má bluetooth 4.0, ale to expert alzy jistě ví...děkuji
