Aby ste všetci pochopili, prečo niektoré ochrany displeja (týka sa to najmä skiel) nepodporujú čítačky odtlačkov prstov... je to preto, lebo čítačky odtlačkov fungujú len ak je ochrana displeja (sklo, fólia) hrubá max. do 0,2 mm. Ak je hrubšia, tak už má čítačka problém odtlačok prečítať a zlyháva. Toľko vysvetlenie k problému z webu Panzerglass. Z uvedenej podmienky teda jasne vyplýva, že sa to týka drvivej väčšiny skiel na trhu (sú 0,3-0,5 mm hrubé), fólií sa to netýka (nie sú hrubšie ako 0,2 mm).
