Quadcopter Parrot AR.Drone is luxuriously machined flying toy that will delight both children and adults. It is designed to fly in exterior and interior as well. This quadcopter can be piloted from wide variety of devices including iOS and Android devices. Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 Elite communicates via WiFi, making it capable of excellent transmission for up to 50m.
Quality construction of Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 Elite ensures flight stability and endurance. The body made out of hard styrofoam with carbon axis and ultra light plastic. That in combination with high performance propellers allows the maximum flying speed of 18 km/h . Another advantage of this drone is a wide range of accessories and a full range of spare parts including a set of tools for emergency repairs.
On the display of your device you will be able to see through the eyes of your drone thanks to two built-in cameras - one HD camera provides a direct look ahead and the second at the bottom of the drone will inform you about the altitude. This unusual equipment brings a new era of remote models. Cameras in cooperation with the recognition system can detect other Parrot AR.Drone, their distance from each other and other useful information. To use this feature, you must place enclosed position markers on the floor, wall or on the Parrot AR.Drone. This allows you to race outdoors or indoors with your friends. In case of contact with something unexpected, the Parrot AR.Drone has a fuse that stops the propeller and prevents it from damaging itself.
Parrot AR.Drone has four engines which ensure easy operation and keep this quadcopter still in a desired position, even if it happens to be out of Wi-Fi range. With this feature, when loss of signal occurs, quadcopter stabilizes and after a few seconds slowly lands. This device can also use the autopilot feature, which can bring the drone to a height of 80 cm or help it land safely. There is also an exclusive patented control mode - Absolute Control, which is designed for complete beginners. Lovers of acrobatics will be delighted by the flip function.
