Maltodextrins 44%, water, isomaltulose (Palatinose) 10%, glucose, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, sea salt, aroma, antioxidant E 392 (for orange flavor), stabilizer E414, E445 (pink grapefruit for flavor), dye: beta carotene, carrot and hibiscus extract (pink grapefruit for flavor), preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, vitamin E (DL-? -tocopheryl acetate).

Preparation and dosing
Squeeze the contents of the sachet into your mouth 5-10 minutes before exercise. Eat another dose approximately every 30 minutes or as needed during exercise, or immediately after exercise. Drink the dose with 200-300 ml of water.
