Ingredients
Maltodextrins 44%, water, isomaltulóza (PalatinoseTM) 10 %, glucose, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, sea salt, aroma, beta carotene (for orange flavor), carrot and hibiscus concentrate (for raspberry flavor), preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, vitamin E (DL-? -tocopheryl acetate).

Preparation and dosing
Use one dose (half a tube) 5-10 minutes before exercise. Eat another dose approximately every 30 minutes or as needed during exercise. Drink the dose with 100-150 ml of water. The maximum recommended daily dose is 3 tubes.
