Preparation and dosing
Pour 10 ml of concentrate over 400 ml of cold water (hypotonic drink, 150 mOsm / kg) or 600 ml of cold water (hypotonic drink, 100 mOsm / kg). For high-intensity performances, long-lasting exercise and as a rehydration drink after exercise, a 1:40 dilution is recommended. A 1:60 dilution is suitable for lower intensity performances.
