Use:

The dosage of salmon oil also depends on the nutritional value of the feed used, the physical activity of the animal, the season, the state of health. The oil contains a higher proportion of saturated fatty acids than refined oils, so that at temperatures below about 5-8 °C it begins to harden slowly.
