
Dietary management of oxalate, cystine and urate stones; long-term management to prevent the recurrence of oxalate, urate and cystine stones.
Reduction of oxalate stone formation. Reduction of cystine stone formation. Reduction of urate stone formation.
Complete feed. It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Water should always be available. For cystine stones: urine alkalising properties and low protein level. For urate stones: reduced protein content and selected protein sources (dried eggs). Feed the food dry or slightly moistened. The recommended daily dosage is shown in the feeding table and should be adapted to the current condition.
Recommended period of use:
For the reduction of oxalate stone formation: up to 6 months. For the reduction of cystine stone formation: initially up to 6 months. For the reduction of urate stone formation: up to 6 months, but for a lifetime in the case of irreversible disturbance of uric acid metabolism.
