The ROYAL CANIN Gastrointestinal Hepatic diet is specially formulated to help support your dog's liver health in chronic liver insufficiency or similar liver problems. The modified high quality protein content supports liver function in case of chronic liver insufficiency. The low copper content helps minimize its accumulation in liver cells. Thanks to the high energy content, the feed volume can be reduced and the intestines are less stressed.

The transition to a new diet should be a gradual process lasting 7-10 days. Follow the dosage instructions, especially for combined feeding.
Combined feeding options:
Combination feeding offers your dog different textures to stimulate his appetite. Wet food (e.g. ROYAL CANIN Gastrointestinal Hepatic in the form of pate, 420 g) offers a rich aroma and good hydration, while dry food delivers nutrition in a small portion that does not burden the digestive tract.
