Dobrý den. Nedávno jsme od vás koupili tento gril, se kterým jsme spokojeni. Nicméně čas od času se během grilování ozve zvuková signalizace (pípání) a na obou displejích bliká nějaká chyba "EA2" místo hodnoty teploty, která nejde vyresetovat jinak, než vytažením kabelu z elektriky. Někdy to nepomůže a musí se desky znovu vycvaknout/nacvaknout a chyba odezní třeba až na třetí pokus. Tato chyba způsobí, že horní grilovací deska je pouze vlažná, i když obě desky jsou vždy správně zasunuté/zacvaknuté. Bohužel v přiloženém návodu/manuálu nejsou popsány tyto chyby a ani význam chyb zobrazených na displeji. Prosím o radu, zda gril reklamovat, nebo jak dál postupovat a jaký je přesně význam chyby "EA2". Děkuji.
