Combined 2-in-1 air purifier and humidifier for your home perfectly cleans the air while delivering optimal humidity. The device features VitaShield IPS cleaning technology developed by leading experts in Germany and a first-class NanoCloud humidification system. Smart sensors measure and show air quality of the room, and the device selects the most appropriate cleaning method according to gained information. If you do not have time and you do not want to waste your time, the device can handle operation without any demanging maintenance. You can simply check the actual air quality with three light indicators.

Dobrý den, má prosím tato čistička HEPA filtr typu Nano (podobně jako typ AC2887/10), nebo s nižší účinností? Lze vypnout zvlhčování a použít dle potřeby jen funkci čištění vzduchu? Děkuji

Dobrý den, stává se mi, že čidlo čistoty vzduchu nefunguje správně. Svítí tam 20s fialová, čistička se sepne na vyšší výkon, pak tam naskočí modrá, pak zase červená, atd. takhle se po desítkách sekund stále přepíná. I když je čistička úplně nová, čidlo jsem vyčistil podle návodu a stále nic. Je to normální nebo mám vadný kus?

Dobrý deň prajem. Zaujímam sa o túto čističku, ale chýba mi tu dosť veľa informácii. 1. aké sú možnosti nastavovania čističky čo sa týka vlhkosti ? 2. ak nie je možné manuálne nastavovať zvlhčovanie, tak na akú % vlhosť čistička vzduch zvlhčuje a ako sa správa keď je vlhkosť dostatočná ? Vypne zvlhčovanie, prípadne vie odvlhčovať ? 3. Ako sa treba starať o priestor, kde je vlhkosť, aby tam neboli baktérie a pleseň ? Podľa videa je tam niečo ako špongia nasiaknutá vodou, v bežnom prostredí takéto predmety behom pár dní sú plné baktérii a plesnivejú. 4. Aká je veľká nádržka na vodu a ako často treba vodu dopĺňať ? Ďakujem vopred za odpovede.

Dobrý deň, v priamo v popise neuvádzate, že má ionizátor, napriek tomu mi túto čističku váš filter našiel ako takú ktorá by ho mala obsahovať. Tak má ionizátor alebo nie?

Dobrý den, čističku používám téměř nonstop, ale v modrém vodním filtru se nám po čase na vnějším lemu objevila plíseň. Filtr dle návodu čistíme. Mám obavu, že to pak má vliv na kvalitu vypouštěného vzduchu a já si tak po bytě plíseňšířím vzduchem právě z filtru.

Dobrý den, zakoupený přístroj funguje bez problémů, avšak poté co se rozsvítila kontrolka ohledně potřeby vyčistit "předfiltr" a také vodní filtr, i když jsem postupoval přesně podle návodu a vše důkladně vyčistil, svítí dále? Víte prosím, jak je možné řešit, případně na koho se tím obrátit? (koupeno v Alza před cca 1 rokem), Děkuji, Matějus
