Dobrý den, koupili jsme tento přehrávač mamce, která si chtěla pouštět audio kazety. Bohužel při vložení kazety nelze zmáčknout play, přetáčení kazet funguje bez problémů. Jako by něco vadilo nasazení hlavy. Při silnějším zatlačení na tlačítko play se přehrávání spustí, ale ozývá se výrazné cvakání. Zastavení přehrávání v takovém případě také vyžaduje poměrně silné zmáčknutí tlačítka stop. Můžete mi poradit, případně jestli reklamovat? Vyzkoušeno na několika audiokazetách (originálky). Rádio i CD fungují dobře.
