Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat jestli se na strojek vztahuje vrácení do 14ti dnů v případě že by mi strojek nevyhovoval? Hledám už delší dobu strojek který by nedráždil pokožku a nezpůsoboval zarůstání chloupků, budu rád když mi i nějaký doporučíte pokud tedy není tento ideální. Děkuji

Dobry den. Zakoupil jsem bg5020. V příslušenství jsem nalezl pouze kloub na prodloužení. Nastavce bohuzel ne. V manualu u bg5020 jsou psane. Muj dotaz je.... Jsou součástí baleni? Pokud ano jak ted postupovat jelikoz po vyjmuti z baleni se neda reklamovat z hygienických duvodu. Díky
