Mám tenhle soundbar asi měsíc, ale bohužel hodně šumí. Zkoušel jsem ho připojit optikou i přes 3,5 mm jack, ale je to pořád stejné. Dost šumí i když přehrávám hudbu z telefonu přes BT. Šum nevychází ze subwoferu, ale z hlavního reproduktoru. Má to nějaké řešení, dělám něco blbě, nebo je to na reklamaci?

DObrý dem, když připojím TV přes optický kabel hraje soundbar strašně potichu i když je hlasitost nastavena naplno. Díky

Dobrý den, právě jsem tu zakoupil telev. Samsung UE32N5372, která však nemá BT - mohu ji přesto nějak spojit kabelem s tímto zvukovým zařízením? Dekuji, Kramer

Dobrý den, pořídil jsem si od Vás 50" Philips 50PUS6704 se sounbarem HTL1510B/12, který má propojení přes optický kabel, zvuk mi běží bez problému, ale soundbar se nezapne ani nevypne zároveň s televizí. Poradíte mi prosím jak to správně nastavit abych nemusel používat dva ovladače. Bylo mi před nákupem řečeno, že to tak bez problému funguje. Jinak TV i Soundbar je super. Děkuji za info.

Dobrý den. Nehraje mě subwoofer. Na zadní straně svítí pouze červená dioda. Je třeba nějaké párování se soundbarem? Děkuji
