Dobrý den, po 4 měsících používání černý kartáček je 2x hlasitější (vydává až nepříjemně hlučný zvuk...i bez hlavice) v porovnání s tím bílém, co je v baleni. Je to v pořádku nebo to muže být důvodem k reklamaci? V případě reklamace je nutné dodat ba kartacky nebo stačí pouze jeden? Musí být kartáček i s hlavici nebo stačí pouze jeho tělo? Děkuji
