Dobry den, dnes jsem si byla vyzvednout kartacek na prodejne a bylo mi receno, ze Philips Sonicare maji vyrobni vadu a zhruba po 24 mesicich se jim rozbiji motor. A z toho duvodu mi bylo nabidnuto koupeni prodlouzene zaruky. Proc o teto vyrobni vade neinformujete tady primo na strankach, kdyz o ni vite? Prijde vam primereny prodavat kartacek za 3 tisice, kdyz ma zivotnost cirka 24 mesicu a o teto zivotnosti dopredu neinformujete?!

Dobrý den, 2 měsíce po dvouleté záruce se mi porouchal zubní kartáček Philips Sonicare. Na vašich stránkách jsem se dočetla, že má motorek výrobní vadu a proto doporučujete dokoupit prodlouženou záruku. Mě o této možnosti bohužel nikdo neinformoval. Je možné ještě dokoupit dodatečně? Přijde mi neseriózní, aby kartáček za cca 3000,- Kč fungoval pouze 2 roky.
Kartáček se nenabíjí.

Piatok ďalšia správa, odovzdané prepravcovi.
Sobota, nedeľa nič.
Pondelok, príďte si to vyzdvihnúť na poštu...
Ďakujem za doručenie do dvoch dní. Ak takto doručujete aj cez Vianoce, deti sa darčekov asi nedočkajú v ten správny čas.
ps. sledovanie zásielky na zásielku nefungovalo.
