Dobrý den, zlomil se mi plastový úchyt pravého sluchátka (únava materiálu). Zkoušel jsem napsat na vámi uvedený autorizovaný servis (Televizní služba NOVA), ale obdržel jsem odpověď, že na tento výrobek se díly bohužel nedodávají. Je nějaká šance sluchátka někde opravit? Stačil by mi i ten náhradní díl, opravil bych si klidně sám svépomocí.
