Dobrý den, po roce užívání se mě ulomila packa u jednoho toho blbince co se strká do ucha, aniž bych s tím nějak manipuloval prostě jsem strčil do ucha a po pár hodinách měl pocit že mě to nějak dobře nesedí zkusil jsem si doladit posazení na uchu a v tu chvili sluchátko šlo od ucha a nástavec vypadnul. Jak je to s Reklamací tohoto přislušenstvý? Ostatní mě jsou strašně malý do ucha a vůbec nedrží.
