Mám problém na objednávkce 164052350 jsem si koupil toto členství a když jsem chtěl zadat kód tak jsem dal licence a pote jsem z toho omylem vyjel aniž bych zadal kód a pise mi to ze jsem si zatím nekoupil žádné licence nebyla by možnost odeslat kód znovu?

Když zadám ten aktivační kód jak je na konci účtenky tak mi to napíše: ,,Kniha je již aktivována" a když je to teda aktivovaný tak kde najdu ten kód který zadám rovnou do PS4 aby mi to PS plus začalo fungovat ?

Jiz tyden cekam na kod k aktivaci.Tri dny na odpoved na dotaz a vysledek?...zadny.Mluvil jsem se sesti operatory a zadny z nich mi nepomohl.Jejich odpovedi se dokonce lisily.A vysledek? Zaplatil jsem 1399,- a nic nemam.Tohle mi v dnesni dobe prijde ..... S Alzou jsem byl vzdy spokojen a vubec nevim co si mam o tom vsem myslet.
