  • What is ISIC/ITIC?

ISIC is the only globally recognized proof of student status in intermediary, college or university, and selected annual post-secondary courses of study. The card is issued by the world ISIC Association under the auspices of UNESCO. ITIC is a global card proving the status of teachers.
More information about the ISIC and ITIC can be found here.

  • How do I get ISIC/ITIC Identification?

    There are three ways:

    1. Through your school:

Many public universities and hundreds of secondary schools use smart cards as a combined ISIC student card.

    2. Sales network:

ISIC card can be issued at any of the points of sale throughout the country.

    3. Online:

The card can easily be ordered online.

  • How do I determine the validity of my card? ISIC Re-validation stamps

The validity of the card is always indicated on the front of the card, and extended annually through holographic revalidation stamps by your school/university. These are stickers with the logo of ISIC and marked with the new end of validity. This is always important to check. In the event that the original validity lapsed and revalidation stamp for the current academic year (ie. 12 / 201X) is missing, the card is invalid.

  • Where can I find my card number?

The card number is on front of your card under the photograph. It consists of the first letter defining the type of card (S-Student, Teacher-T) and 12 digits or letters.
