Technological beast

The device is designed to match the latest technological trends. Its compact body combines the functions of two standalone products simultaneously, namely a sports watch and a daily activity tracker. The tracker is also compatible with the FLOW cloud storage and FLOW APP mobile app, which further enhance its functionality. Select training features

• Heart rate zones and heart rate monitoring - can be displayed both as a percentage based on your maximum heart rate and as a number of heart beats per minute. It is measured with the Polar H7 chest strap that comes with the tracker. You can also set a specific intensity level when choosing a training session and the tracker will then monitor how you are doing based on your current heart rate. If you drop out of the set heart rate zone, the tracker will alert you (if you turn the alert function on).
• Fitness test - measures your aerobic fitness to let you know your current physical condition. You can use it to see if you are improving, getting worse, or staying in the same shape.
• Sport profiles - allows you to create your personal sport profiles through the website and sync them with the device. Once you have set the basic settings for data calculation, you don’t have to edit them again. This feature is ideal if you want to track your progress in a specific activity.
• Energy pointer - tells you in an easy way if the main effect of your training is fat burning or fitness improvement.

Daily activity monitoring

Tracks all your daily activities. It measures your heart rate, calories, sleep time, number of steps, and much more. At the same time, it can warn you if you have been sitting or lying still for a long time. It can also monitor your sleep and tell you how much time you spend in restful sleep and restless sleep respectively. This allows you to find out if, for example, a change in your training regime has caused some change in your biorhythm.

More than just great design

The tracker looks surprisingly beautiful even at first glance. Its elegant design is enhanced by the ultralight and ultra-thin construction, so you barely realise it’s there.
