The device has been designed with the idea of latest trends in computer technology. Two independently-sold products have been combined in one device: heart rate monitor and daily activities monitor. This combination has resulted in its ability to display a wide range of different data through which you can examine the functioning of your body to the smallest detail.

Additionally, in connection with cloud storage and mobile FLOW FLOW APP application, the device increases on its value. Not only do you have all the data at your disposal 24/7, but also you can create a profile of a particular sport or training goal, which can be loaded directly into the watch. You can then easily control its progress during your training. Connecting with the application is done through Bluetooth.

Selected training functions

• Heart rate and heart rate zones - can be viewed as a percentage of the maximum as well as a number of beats per minute. The heart rate is measured with a chest belt Polar H7, included in the package. You can also select a planned intensity of your training. Its progress is controlled by your current heart rate. You will be automatically notified when the heart rate zone has been abandoned.
• Fitness test - determines the index condition that informs you about your current condition. Whether you are improving, worsening or stagnating.
• Sports sections - you can create your own custom profiles for each sport through a web service and synchronize them with the device. Once the basic data for calculation has been set up, there is no need to re-edit. It is an ideal tool for monitoring your progress in a particular activity.
• Energy pointer - the device shows on the screen whether you burn more fat, or whether you improve your physical condition during your training.

Monitor of daily activities

The device tracks your daily activities. It measures your heart rate, calories, sleep time, number of steps and much more. At the same time it is able to alert you to long inactivity. There is also a possibility to record sleep and then compare the sleeping patterns. It is easy to find then, for example, whether the change of training caused some other changes in your biorhythm.
