Polaroid 40.5mm UV MC Protective

The Polaroid UV filter is a great tool ideal for outdoor photography.  It absorbs ultraviolet light and reduces the bluish cast of daylight, so the image has the optimum colour. The multi-layer coating reduces reflections, preserves neutral colours and light transmission. The UV filter does not affect colour or contrast changes, so you can combine it with other filters.

Protects the body

The filter is also useful as an effective lens protection against adverse weather conditions that could endanger the surface of the lens. The filter prevents the penetration of dust, moisture, protects against drops, and in situations where the sensitive surface of the lens may be scratched. The filter ring is made of a solid aluminium alloy for higher durability and expansion resistance because of temperature changes.
