POWERbreathe kinetic K3 is an advanced model and a digital device for respiratory training. It uses the same automatic optimisation technology of the load control resistance as the K1 and K2 models, but significantly extends their functionality. It is the ideal solution for users who require a wide range of modes including training, performance testing, warm up before and cool down after workload. All settings and results are displayed on a LCD panel, which includes, among other things, the current inspiratory pressure, the volume of inhalation in litres, wattage and percentage improvement. The ability to remove the breathing valve provides for easy cleaning.

POWERbreathe K Series devices are the third generation of a portable respiratory training system of the same name (breathing training). They are equipped with an advanced electronic monitoring system that delivers excellent results. They use the basic principles of stress training. Just as weight lifting amplifies the muscles of your arms, breathing through POWERbreathe and its electronically controlled and responsive valve creates a breathing load, thereby increasing muscle strength and endurance of the respiratory muscles. The devices come with a rechargeable battery and a charging stand.

The POWERbreathe K series is specially designed to adapt to dynamic breathing changes. This will automatically adjust to the increase in muscle strength at the beginning of each muscle training session. The training results are displayed on the integrated LCD panel and allow you to track progress in the training session and optimise your training techniques. Exercise with POWERbreathe involves thirty breaths twice a day and takes only a few minutes. When you use it properly, you will begin to feel the results within a few weeks.

The system also manually adjusts respiration resistance in the range of 10-200cm H2O according to the individual requirements of each user. A clear training guide will show you the number of remaining breaths while breathing and inform you when the cycle is complete. It then shows you the load in cmH2O, power in Watts and the inhaled volume in litres. Continuous preparation for exercise is provided by the charging system with automatic shutdown and indication of the charge level.

The device also displays your training index, which is the percentage efficiency and its rating (weak, decent, average, good, excellent) depending on the performance you have achieved. It also measures the force of respiration, maximum breathing intensity and inhaled volume with one breath. Then you can evaluate the strength of the respiratory muscles (weak, decent, average, good, excellent) by comparing your results with the predicted values.

The POWERbreathe Kinetic K3 automatically sets the optimal resistance for warming up the muscles before exercise and cooling down at the end of the workout. It can display the graphical history of the last 36 exercises, allowing you to keep track of the progress and trend of your progress.
