Do you need a robust submersible pump to deal with pit sludge, sewage or flood desiccant? Try the new PowerPlus POW67906 sludge pump, which is specially designed to safely drain sludge and other dirt from a depth of up to 8 metres. A 750W motor and the capacity to pump 13,000 litres of sludge per hour ensure that you get the job done very quickly.

Of course, a pump like this is fitted with an automatic float switch which protects the pump from running when empty. The maximum immersion depth is 7 metres, and there is a 10m lead cable.
