Preparation and dosing
Mix 24.4 g (8 scoops) with 400-500 ml of water and mix ideally in a shaker. Take 15-20 minutes before training. Men weighing less than 60 kg and women weighing less than 50 kg take half the dose, ie 12.2 g.
