Ingredients -
- 400 ml of lukewarm Provamel almond drink
- 10 g of active dry yeast
- 10 g of sugar
- 500 g of wholemeal flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 15 ml of olive oil
- residues of vegetable peels / herbs (chives, carrot peels and leaves, red onion, broccoli stalk, potato peels)
1. Mix dry yeast, sugar and lukewarm Provamel almond drink, let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add wholemeal flour and salt to the yeast and mix using a blender or wooden spoon.
3. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes on a floured surface or in a blender until soft.
4. Put the dough in a greased oil and cover with cling film. Nechejte na teplém místě vykynout, dokud nedojde ke zdvojnásobení velikosti, trvat by to mělo asi 30 minutes.
5. Wipe the baking tray with olive oil and cover with dough. Place vegetable peels and herbs on top of the dough. Season with salt.
