Provamel BIO soy drink is ideal not only for people with gluten and lactose intolerance. You can use the drink with a slightly sweet taste, especially in a warm kitchen. You can also add it to cocktails, smoothies, coffee, use it for cooking or baking. Provamel is also suitable for vegans and contains ingredients from controlled organic farming. It also includes calcareous seaweed.
The soybeans used in PROVAMEL are not genetically modified and come from Europe - mainly France, Italy and Austria - and do not come from felled areawith. Ingredients:
- 220 ml Provamel soy drink with calcium
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 125 g of chickpea flour
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 shallot, finely sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- vegetable / herb residues (leeks, cauliflower leaves, red pepper residues, parsley)
1. Mix olive oil in a bowl, chickpea flour, He made a soy drink with calcium, lemon juice, yeast, turmeric and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until a smooth dough is formed.
2. Gently chop leftover vegetables / peels / herbs. Heat the pan with a little olive oil. Fry onions, garlic and vegetables until they glaze. Season with salt and pepper. Take half of the vegetables out of the pan and leave them for the second omelette.
3. Add half of the chickpea dough and spread it all over the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes until there are bubbles in the center of the omelette and the edges are slightly puffy.
4. Carefully turn the omelet to the other side and cook for another 3-5 minutes until it is soft in the middle. Prepare a second omelette.
5. Serve with a little spinach and lemon wedge
