The thin and lightweight QNAP QGenie offers a mobile solution for your cloud-based NAS server. It substitutes a wireless access point (AP) for sharing internet access and can be recharged via USB. Your NAS will expand to create a more flexible storage space for mobile devices that typically have a limited storage capacity. With wireless WiFi, you can back up your photos and documents and get more space for high definition videos. You can expand the integrated 32GB SSD drive with the SDXC card slot.

The built-in myQNAPcloud service will give you access to all of your files, even if you don't have them right at your fingertips. It also makes it possible to back up and restore your contacts from Android and iOS platforms to protect important data from getting lost. With a pocket-sized design, you can take the QGenie anywhere and enjoy your multimedia collections through the Qfile mobile application.

The high capacity (3000mAh) battery is instrumental in making sure that your data station will be accessible for an extended period of time. When fully charged, it provides service for more than 10 hours, which is enough for the average daily use. This energy can be shared among other electronics and even charge your phone in an emergency. As a proper power bank, 7 types of protection are provided for a longer service life, including the prevention of a completely dead battery. QNAP QGenie embodies an energy-independent mobile personal data station that will follow you everywhere.

Koupil jsem jako mobilni NAS (casto cestuji), pokid prehravam video (filmy, serialy,....) v telefonu (androidu), tabletu (iOS) tak i NB (win10 pro), tak se mi video seka. Ma nekdo podobny problem?

Telefon s Windows 8.1 (Nokia 635) sice najde wifi síť vytvořenou tímto úložištěm, ale nepřipojí se. Totéž patrně udělá i PC (nevyzkoušeno). Dá se vůbec připojit z něčeho, co pochází od MS?

Potřebuji úložiště a k němu připojený flash disk, SD kartu či USB disk propojit s tabletem (má jediný USB port použitý primárně k napájení), přístup na úložiště z Iternetu je naopak nežádoucí, takže LTE modem umožňující přístup na Internet přes wi-fi bude vypnutý. Vytváří si QNAP vlastní zaheslovanou síť nebo se musí připojit k síti již existující?

Dá se k routeru připojit USB disk a ten připojit a nasdílet prostřednictvím Ethernetu v lokální síti? Díky.
