The foundation of the system is the quad-core 1.5GHz Intel Celeron processor made with 14nm technology. If needed, for example at peak times, the value can increase to 2.3GHz, so you can smoothly overcome any fluctuations. The processor works with an economical 4GB DDR3L operating memory in the SO-DIMM design known from laptops. Network performance is in charge of a pair of Gigabit Ethernet interfaces that can be used in port merge mode. The disk drive supports RAID and JBOD technologies with AES-NI hardware encryption at speeds up to 225MB/sec for both NAS and shared folders. This improves system performance and security.

Dual QTS-Linux systems on this device use modern QNAP virtualization technologies. Advanced architecture allows you to download many applications from the QTS App Center as well as develop or use IoT packages for Linux and view them through the HDMI output.
