Zdravím, podložku jsem zakoupil hlavně proto, protože tu uvádíte že má textilní povrch, a taky jsem ji objednal. Bohužel jsem pak zjistil z videí na YT že nemá látkový povrch a objednávku nemohu stronovat, můžete mi pomoci?

Dobrý deň, zakúpil som si tuto podložku a kurzor myšky mi seká, ak dám myš na starú podložku alebo stôl ide úplne pohode. Na podložke mi ale ide sekavo. Mám myš Razer Mamba 2015 Wireless. Skúšal som aj kalibraciu myši v Razer Synapse a nepomohlo, myš stále reaguje sekano. Ďakujem za odpoveď.
