RELOOP HIFI TURN 5

The RELOOP HIFI TURN 5 turntable has a direct-drive, brushless DC motor that ensures a powerful yet very stable drive. The TURN5 is made using precision die-casting technology. The turntable's dampened rubber base eliminates unwanted resonance, and the included 5mm rubber mat provides additional protection against vibrations, ensuring nothing stands in the way of exceptional sound reproduction quality. The three motor speeds can be conveniently selected using the controls on the top panel – 33 1/3, 45 or 78 RPM. This allows the TURN5 to play even older shellac records when used with a corresponding mono cartridge (not included). Next to the speed selector is a large start/stop button. A universal locking mechanism (SME) on the tonearm enables quick and easy headshell changes. Thanks to the supplied counterweight, a wide range of cartridges can be used, including heavier models. The rear panel of the TURN5 features a gold-plated pair of phono outputs (RCA) and a separate ground terminal to minimise interference. The connectors are recessed for better protection, and both the power and RCA cables can be easily disconnected for simple replacement.

Elegant and robust design

The chassis is built from a solid metal construction with shock-absorbing feet that effectively isolate vibrations and reduce ambient noise. The combination of materials used increases the overall rigidity of the structure. With its deep black piano lacquer finish, the TURN5 has an elegant and timeless look. The gold-plated platter hovers harmoniously above the top plate, naturally drawing attention to the record itself.
