How does it work?

Purchase the required type of remote installation
You will view the license key in your Alza library
You will then receive an email with instructions and a link to initiate an online connection with an Alza technician
You will confirm access to your PC
If necessary, you can communicate with the Alza technician via a chat window or by phone
The Alza technician will ensure the required installation and perform a test
After the installation, you will receive an acceptance protocol for the implementation of the service in the email

If you have purchased a remote installation for the boxed version of the software, you only need to activate the service when you have the box physically available. It contains the license key for the product needed for installation.

The service is available Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:00

Under your license library registration, you will see the license code
After viewing the license code, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to contact a technician
The service is available MON - FRI 9:00 - 17:00
The purchased code must be used within 3 months of purchase
