Help with remote software installation

Using remote access, we will install the software on your computer and ensure its trouble-free operation. Because it is a remote installation, you can do everything from the comfort of your home, so you save a lot of time and worries.

How does it work?

  • Purchase the required type of remote installation
  • You will view the license key in your Alza library
  • You will then receive an email with instructions and a link to initiate an online connection with an Alza technician
  • You will confirm access to your PC
  • If necessary, you can communicate with the Alza technician via a chat window or by phone
  • The Alza technician will ensure the required installation and perform a test
  • After the installation, you will receive an acceptance protocol for the implementation of the service in the email
  • Consent to remote connection of the technician and subsequent control of your device

If you have purchased a remote installation for the boxed version of the software, you only need to activate the service when you have the box physically available. It contains the license key for the product needed for installation.

The service is available Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:00

Thanks to remote access, our technician can control your computer in the same way as if he were personally present at home. In addition, you can see its activity in real time on the desktop, so you have perfect control over its actions. Of course, remote assistance can be interrupted at any time. Thanks to advanced encryption, the remote connection is extremely secure, so you don' t have to worry about your data being misused during a technician' s intervention.

Conditions for the proper functioning of the service

  • Operating system Windows 10 and higher, or macOS (Apple) 12 and higher
  • Minimum internet connection speed 2 Mbit for download and 1 Mbit for upload, no data restriction (FUP)
  • The intervention can last from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the speed of the Internet and the type of intervention selected
  • We are able to provide the service in Czech, Slovak and English
  • The purchased service code can be used within a maximum of 3 months from its purchase
    • Consent to remote connection of the technician and subsequent control of your device

How to do it?

  • Purchase the required license
  • Under your license library registration, you will see the license code
  • After viewing the license code, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to contact a technician
  • The service is available MON - FRI 9:00 - 17:00
  • The purchased code must be used within 3 months of purchase


This is one installation, ie. for volume license versions, an account will be created and the installation will be performed on only one device.

Dobrý den, v naší objednávce č. 453639208 je Microsoft Office 2021 pro domácnosti a podnikatele (elektronická licence) - nejde nám nainstalovat, protože prý již klíč někdo použil, ale mi jsme to nebyli. Mohu požádat o radu? děkuji
