Online printer or scanner setup
Have you bought a new printer or scanner? Do you want to install and set it up? We offer you a solution with our unique Alza service. With remote access, we will install and set up your purchased printer or scanner via Wi-Fi or cable. We will download the necessary drivers for proper operation. The service is performed by an experienced technician who will be available on the phone to answer your questions. As it is a remote installation, you can do everything from the comfort of your own home, saving you a lot of time and trouble.
What the service contains

- Connecting a printer
- Setting up, checking printing and scanning
- Basic printer training
- Check for driver updates
Service is available Mon - Sun 9:00 - 17:00
How it works
- Purchase the desired service type, one license = one printer/scanner
- Show the license code under your registration in the license library
- After activation, you will be contacted by phone to book your appointment
- A technician will contact you at the time of the appointment to inform you of the next steps
- In case of any problem, you can contact technical support at [email protected]
Conditions for the proper functioning of the service
- Windows 10 and later or macOS 10.13
- Functional internet connection; minimum 2 Mbit for downloading and 1 Mbit for uploading, no data limit (FUP)
- If the customer does not confirm the acceptance report after the service has been provided, we automatically accept the service as accepted without reservation
- The service can be used within a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase
- We are able to implement the service in Czech and Slovak language
