Online software installation
Have you bought a software license? Do you know how to install it? We offer you a solution with our unique Alza service. Using remote computer management, we can help you with product registration, installation and necessary setup. We will then check the installation for you. The service is performed by an experienced technician who will be available on the phone to answer your questions. As it is a remote installation, you can do everything from the comfort of your own home, saving you a lot of time and trouble.

How it works
- Purchase the desired type of service, one license = one computer/laptop
- Show the license code under your registration in the license library
- After activation, you will be contacted by phone to book your appointment
- A technician will contact you at the time of the appointment to inform you of the next steps
- In case of any problem, you can contact technical support at[email protected]
Conditions for the proper functioning of the service
- The license must be activated only after purchase and receipt of the license key for the software
- Service does not apply to MS office and operating systems
- The software to be installed must be legally purchased
- Make sure the software is suitable for your type of computer
- Windows 10 and later or macOS 10.13
- Functional internet connection; minimum 2 Mbit for downloading and 1 Mbit for uploading, no data limit (FUP)
- If the customer does not confirm the acceptance report after the service has been provided, we automatically accept the service as accepted without reservation
- The service can be used within a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase
- We are able to implement the service in Czech and Slovak language
