Dobrý den,
v lednu jsem si zakoupil tuto hru a do dnešní doby se mi nezobrazuje číslo licence. Po kliknutí na licenci se zobrazí hlášení, čeká se na stažení licence... Již jsem to řešil, tuším, s reklamačním oddělením, ale problém se nevyřešil. Vzhledem k tomu, že je již 6 měsíc, mi celá záležitost přijde zvláštní. Děkuji

Dobrý den, po uhrazení hry mám k dispozici aktivační kód, ale hru nejde nikde stáhnout. Ani v sekci hry, v sekci licence nic není a z odkazu, který jsem obdržel na e-mail to také nefuguje. Můžete mi prosím poradit. Děkuji
