Dobrý den, v prosinci tohoto roku mi končí záruční lhůta na Honor 4C. Bohužel jsem u něj za poslední 2 týdny zpozorovala závadu - začalo špatně fungovat tlačítko na zamykání a odemykání obrazovky. Ze začátku se to stalo třeba 2x za den, že tlačítko nereagovalo na zmáčknutí, nyní se to stává aspoň 3x do hodiny, buď se telefon nerozsvítí nebo se naopak zase nechce zamknout, i když tlačítko zmáčknu třeba 2x. Zkoušela jsem ho i vyčistit, zda není pod tlačítkem nějaké smetíčko, ale nepomohlo to. Proto se chci zeptat, jaká je doba na vyřízení reklamace? Tak stejně by mě zajímalo, jestli si náhradní telefon musím sehnat sama nebo mi po dobu reklamace bude poskytnut nějaký z Alzy? Děkuji.
